Arlington Town Day is a time honored and eagerly anticipated event that takes place every September. Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington Center is closed to cars and hundreds of community organizations, local businesses, and food vendors line the street for residents to enjoy.

Bank hosts neighborhood movie night in collaboration with the Cambridge Arts Council and East Cambridge Business Association.

The Bank enjoyed spending time with neighbors at the annual Circle the Square festival in Medford.

The Bank's Chief Executive Officer Gilda M. Nogueira presented a $5,000 donation to the Somerville Homeless Coalition from the Bank’s charitable foundation. The Somerville Homeless Coalition is a not-for-profit organization that provides service and support to individuals and families that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

During the month of December, East Cambridge Savings Bank customers and employees collected toys for Toys for Local Children, a Somerville based nonprofit organization that provides toys to local children and families in need.
